Two companies were issued with fines for violating the Miscellaneous Offences Act, Chapter 30.

Syarikat Dayang Damit Dan Rakan-Rakan Sendirian Berhad was found to have spilled paint, sand and soil along Jalan Tutong until Kampung Sungai Kelugos, Tutong District. Raya Jaya Sendirian Berhad was also found to have committed the same offence at the Kampung Sungai Kelugos project site.

Both companies were each fined BND2,000 and were given 7 days to settle the fine or will be brought to court in default.
